When motivation drops, when something feels confusing, or when your riding changes in unexpected ways, we’ll work through it together.

A Yoga mat and whatever feels supportive: blocks, blankets, a cushion. Nothing fancy. Just space to breathe.

No. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced in yoga.
The practices are designed for riders and can be adapted to where your body is today.
Show up as you are. The practice meets you there.

Three 60-minute coaching sessions during your 11-week journey.
Most riders choose to schedule one session early, one in the middle, and one toward the end of the program, allowing time for practice, integration, and reflection between conversations.
All sessions must be used within 11 weeks of purchase.
