/ Who I Am and How I Work

I’m Caroline Gaya.

For seventeen years, I worked in professional riding yards across Europe, including Grand Prix stables where performance was the goal and with many young horses who required patience, feel, and anticipation.

Working with young horses taught me that welfare and performance are not opposites.

The best riders, the best horses, and the best results all seemed to emerge from the same place:

Listening before correcting.
Observing before reacting.
Clarity instead of force.

That’s the thread that runs through everything I do today.

Then life asked me to learn the same lesson myself.

Yoga taught me how to return to my body.

Meditation taught me how to notice patterns before they took over.

A decade as an Ayurvedic massage therapist showed me how deeply the body stores experience.

Eventually, the connection became impossible to ignore.

The same principles that help horses soften, help people soften too.

Now I work with riders who refuse to stay stuck.

Riders who are technically capable and know the ceiling they’re hitting isn’t a lack of knowledge.

You don’t need more technique.

You need your body, mind, and nervous system aligned enough to use what you already know.

That’s where I come in.
