/ Who I Am and How I Work

I’m Caroline Gaya, and I’ve spent seventeen years reading nervous systems in Grand Prix barns across Europe. Then in my own body.

I worked with all horses including the sensitive ones. Those who needed someone to slow down, listen, and meet them where they were.

That’s where I learned: technique without nervous system work is just noise.

Then I went through my own unraveling.

Yoga taught me how to be in my body again. Meditation showed me how to recognize patterns before they took over. A decade as an Ayurvedic massage therapist revealed how deeply bodies hold everything.

I realized: if I could help horses release, and help bodies soften, I could help riders integrate the two.

Now I work with riders who refuse to stay stuck.

Are technically capable and know the ceiling they’re hitting isn’t about skill

You don’t need more technique. You need your nervous system clear enough to execute what you already know.

That’s where I come in, integrating body, mind, horse, and performance so everything you’ve learned can finally land.
